The complex structure of accounting, financial, HR, and inventory operations required an integrated system to enhance business management efficiency and flexibility. How did we achieve our common goal?

After thorough discussions and in-depth research into Aircon's current processes, PLANA Solutions developed a plan for implementing a centralized management system. The goal was to encompass all key activities—accounting, finance, human resources management, inventory, warehouse stock management, as well as real-time order and receipt processing. Additionally, the company already had an existing website, which they wanted to be integrated into the overall system.
Our team integrated a modern ERP/CRM system covering all of Aircon's operations. This included real-time inventory and warehouse management solutions, ensuring tracking and optimization of stock levels. Furthermore, we implemented an order and receipt management system, which automated and streamlined the process.
We also developed an additional website for Aircon, which was directly connected to the new system, and integrated the existing website into the overall setup.
To improve customer service, a service management module was added, which tracks all service activities and facilitates communication between departments.
A module for monitoring the company's fleet was also integrated, providing the capability to gather information from travel logs, annual inspections, and more.
All the individual modules are interconnected, functioning as one comprehensive system, serving both the employees in Bulgaria and Germany, as well as the company's senior management.
We provided detailed training for the Aircon team, with each employee having the opportunity to test the new system before its official deployment. This preparation ensured a smooth transition and boosted employee confidence in using the new technologies.
