How has Plan Solutions' B2B platform transformed OTS?

Organic Tee Star(OTS) is a company that sells organic clothing, gift sets and specialty products. With a significant presence in the U.S. and Europe, OTS needed a scalable and flexible solution to bring together the different aspects of their business

How We Achieved the Result?

The process began with a detailed needs analysis of the OTS including:

  • Defining key business processes.

  • Identifying the different user groups - B2B customers and partners.

  • Setting automation and optimization goals to improve efficiency of operations.

We have focused our efforts on developing a B2B platform that integrates all aspects of the OTS business:

  • Development of the main website: we created one central website with intuitive design and B2B functionalities. We included dynamic categories that update automatically through integration with the vendor's Stanley/Stella API.
  • Manage sub-sites. They are all linked to a single database for easier management.
  • Fulfilment platform: We developed an inventory tracking and order processing system for OTS's external partners. This allows their customers in Europe and the US to manage their inventory in real time.
  • Pricing and government control:
    Upon registration, customers select a country, which automatically sets list pricing according to region.
    Administrators can easily customize terms with individual discounts for each customer.
  • Logistics and payments integration:
    We connected the platform with Econt to automatically generate bills of lading and calculate deliveries in real time.
    We built in a Stripe payment system that allows secure online payments on all OTS sites.

Training of the OTS team was a key element for successful integration. 
We conducted: 

  • Intensive training on how to use the platform, both for the main site and the sub-sites.
  • Ongoing support and additional training, which continues to this day as needed, to ensure smooth operation for the team.
