The Digital4 Stara Zagora event, which took place on 15 November, brought together business and technology professionals within the national Digital4Bulgaria project. Chudomir Monevski, Manager of PLANA Solutions, was a speaker at the event and presented the topic "ERP and Financial Efficiency in E-commerce". He explained how ERP systems play a key role in improving resource management and increasing the efficiency of e-commerce processes. Through them, companies can optimize their operations and achieve better financial results by accelerating their growth.

The spokesperson said that the basic philosophy followed in business is to act decisively and quickly as in major western corporations, with emphasis on using the latest technologies and solutions. He stressed that the ERP system is needed when the business starts to feel difficulties in order processing or inventory management, with process automation and integration with systems such as Payhawk making operations easier and faster.

Monewski gave examples of ERP integration with various business processes, such as purchasing and vendor payments, resulting in better reporting and data management. He noted that the use of ERP systems is becoming increasingly important for companies in emerging markets, including Bulgaria. Businesses need to prepare for the future by creating sustainable and well-structured systems that work for the long term. In this context, he focused on the importance of next generations in business and the need to prepare and organise processes to ensure their successful transmission through generations.
