"Challenge Yourself" is an innovative project developed in cooperation with the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation and supported by the European Union. It aims to inspire and engage young people through an eLearning platform and a mobile app available on Google Play. Designed with personal growth in mind, the platform provides a modern and interactive environment where sport and technology meet to change participants' lives.
The project is not just a technology solution but a focus on healthy living, discipline and perseverance, Challenge Yourself brings together users of different ages in an inspiring journey.
How did it all start?
The idea behind Challenge Yourself came about as part of the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation's drive to create a modern solution that promotes personal development through sport. The project combines the core values of gymnastics - dedication and effort - with new technology to offer a whole new experience.
From the first discussions to launch, we went through many creative and technical challenges to create a product that combines the beauty of gymnastics with interactive learning.
How the project was built
Creating the platform and app was a process filled with discovery and hard work. From designing the features to providing a seamless user experience, the focus was on giving participants a sense of real enjoyment and meaning.
1. Design and logic of the platform
- We introduced a progressive approach where each subsequent level is unlocked after the participant successfully completes the previous one.
- We created a points system that allows competition and rewards effort
2. Features that inspire
- Users can watch educational videos, solve questionnaires and upload their own videos to demonstrate their progress.
- The system automatically syncs uploaded videos to YouTube and rates them on criteria that promote quality.
- A forum attached to each level allows participants to exchange ideas and find solutions to questions.
3. The mobile app
The Android app facilitates access and enables learning on the go. It syncs with the platform and provides the same functionality as the website, but in the users' pocket.
Social relevance of the project
"Challenge Yourself" is more than a platform - it is a place where people discover the power within themselves. Through integrated modules, the platform encourages discipline, perseverance and teamwork. The leaderboard not only motivates the competitive spirit but also instills a sense of community and achievement.
At the same time, the project addresses the need for modern educational solutions that combine fun and learning. For many young people who, for one reason or another, do not have access to gyms, the platform is a chance to discover the beauty of gymnastics and create healthy habits even in a home environment.
What we have achieved so far

Looking ahead, Challenge Yourself has the potential to become a long-term platform for development and inspiration.
This project differs significantly from the traditional solutions that Plana Solutions develops in the field of ERP and CRM systems. Although it does not fall within our core focus, its social relevance and the opportunity to contribute to something that inspires and develops communities motivated us to take on this challenge.
This is a project that proves that when sport and technology work together, the result is something unique. This platform inspires people to face their challenges and keep moving forward - with perseverance, passion and dreams.
The Challenge Yourself project has allowed us to push the boundaries of our capabilities and show how technology can serve causes that go beyond the usual business context.
